Mystery of stones that move.

Stones that move, the world-famous one of the biggest mysteries and do you know about it?

The Racetrack Playa known as the ‘Valley of Death’, which is flat and very dry, is the National Park of California and part of the valley of death contains natural phenomenon, the movement of the stones.

Down this valley can be found huge pieces of stone and behind rocks clearly visible trail that extends tens of meters back.

Although no one has actually seen their ‘walking’ or moves, these are clear signs indicating that they definitely move from one location to another, writes Amusing Planet .

These pieces of stone heavier and a few hundred kilos and behind stretch marks and hundreds of meters , but when no one so far has not seen anyone, how and why these boulders rocks moves, left only the question, how in God’s name are moving these stones?

Until today, no one has ever seen removing rocks. But instead of eyewitnesses, countless theories have been put forward over the years in an effort to explain the reasons for migration.

One early suggestion was that the stones were dragged gravity, gradually sliding down the slope over a long period. But this theory was ruled out when it was revealed that the north end of Playa actually a few inches higher than the southern end and that most of the rocks actually traveling uphill.

Although no one has yet been able to discover why the stones moving, ten years ago, a woman Dr. Paula Messina, professor of geology has followed the movement of all 162 individual stones that are scattered across the playa.
Her research indicates a rare but possible combination of rain and wind, allows movement.
During heavy rains it is possible that just rain wets the surfsace and makes it very slippery surface when strong winds of 50 km per hour or higher, move stones with loose surfaces.

Some people have proposed to raise the radio transmitter or raise the camera to catch ‘in action’ in order to put an end to speculation.

But as Death Valley National Park 95 percent certain the desert, all the research in the park must be noninvasive. It is forbidden to pick up any permanent structures or instruments. Furthermore, no one is allowed to play, after the rain, when the wet surface as each track will leave an indelible scar.

Although still a long scientific investigation of this natural phenomenon is, it is still unusual confusing mystery to the geological community and visitors to the national park in California.
